With High School Baseball getting ready to start up in Wisconsin we’re still following all of our alumni as they complete Week 7 of the college season.  Congrats to our guys this week as there were a number of notable performances.   

Pitcher of the Week:

Alex Redman:  UW- Lacrosse 

Alex worked 5 innings allowing 3 hits while striking out 5 with only 1 walk to earn the win versus UW Platteville in WIAC play this week.   

Offensive Player of the Week:

Gabe Richardson:  University of Minnesota Duluth

Richardson had another solid week for UMD where he went 7-14 on the week, 2 runs scored, 2 rbi with a double.  Gabe is now hitting .367 on the year.   

Freshman of the Week:   

Brady Davidson:  Heartland Community College 

Brady continued his torrid start and went 5-16 at the plate this week with 3 runs scored, 6 rbi’s with 1 double and a home run.  

Honorable Mention:

Pitcher: Michael Carpenter:  Madison College

5ip, 3 hits, 0 runs, 8 strikeouts.  

Offensive:  Jack Leverenze:  Indiana University Kokomo

6-13, 5 runs, 8 rbi, 2 doubles, 1 triple

Freshman:  Ethan Brown:   Dartmouth College

4-11, 1 run, 4 rbi, 1 double and 3 walks.
