High School Elite Pitching

Days: Monday & Wednesday

Time: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Location: Meet in the STiKS Pitching Lab

We will be running an Elite Pitching class this offseason starting in December and leading all the way up to the High School season. The purpose of this class was to create smaller groups that can create a more specialized approach on the mound along with arm strengthening. We will be throwing bullpens on Rapsodo along with filming pens to create a foundation of tracking mechanics and arm strengthening patterns throughout the offseason.
