Info: Hitters will receive individual instruction on how to optimize their swing. Each player moves/swings differently so the main goal will be to maximize each players abilities and swing patterns. Also, each hitter will get the reps needed to make their swing repeatable and consistent. Players should bring/wear baseball bat, helmet, tennis shoes, and athletic clothing.

Info: Workouts will group players with former Phillies Minor Leaguer, Rudy Rott. Each workout will focus on individual skill development to take your swing and approach to the next level. Every player will have the opportunity to learn from our staff, as well as, surround themselves with other highly motivated and driven athletes their own age. This is a great program for a baseball player looking to take their game to the next level! As part of this group, players will also receive Rapsodo data driven hitting reports. Throughout the camp, our goal will be to increase bat speed through mechanical adjustments and strength improvement while using different implements to hit the baseball. Athletes should bring/wear baseball hat, bat, batting gloves, helmet, tennis shoes, and athletic clothing.
