Hitters will receive individual instruction on how to optimize their swing. This class is designed to meet each hitter where they are at and give them valuable drills and reps to build a rock solid foundation for their swing. Each player moves/swings differently, so the main goal will be to help players maximize their time in learning how to set up and get to a consistent position to hit the baseball on the barrel. Each hitter will also get the reps needed to make their swing repeatable and consistent. Players should bring/wear baseball bat, helmet, tennis shoes, and athletic clothing.

Preseason 2:

February 14, 21, 28 /// March 7, 14
Saturdays 9:00-10:00 AM
Ages: 8-12
In the Preseason Pitching Program, players will be introduced to a workload which will include work in the following areas: throwing mechanics, pitch grips and types, as well as building a healthy shoulder and scap. Athletes will meet once a week at STiKS Academy, one of the top facilities in the midwest. Players will have the chance to use the advanced space to increase throwing capacity. Use of several strength and recovery modalities will be utilized to help players maximize their time at each session.
The athletes will progress throughout the Fall with a throwing program that will take them through work on both flat ground as well as on game mounds. Getting this vital work before the majority of other players shows to be beneficial in how athletes prepare for a season. Be sure to take advantage of the great program and become a complete pitcher.
Players should bring/wear baseball glove, hat, tennis shoes, and athletic clothing (baseball pants optional).
