Front Desk Opportunities

Current hours needed for front desk (looking for a couple individuals to split a part-time position)

Monday-Friday 4-9:30

Saturday and Sundays split shift 9-3 and 3-9 (subject to change)

Expectation of position:

-Computer skills

-Greeting guests-able to interact with customers and staff

-Maneuver schedule and check off daily lesson/cage and field rentals

-Receive payments or fees for facility programs

-Answering phone/able to to provide information about facility, classes and lessons

-Route any calls to appropriate personnel

-Help instructors with set-up for daily rentals/classes

-Maintain facility-check list of daily responsibility’s (field/cage clean-up and overall facility duties)
