
2026 High School Offseason classes

Tuesdays/Thursdays (6:00-7:00 PM)
October 19 – December 16 (NO CLASS November 24 & 26)
Ages: 14-18
Under the instruction of STiKS’ lead hitting coach Ryan Hollander and six-year MiLB utility player Trevor Schwecke, hitters will work to optimize connection using Blast Motion and other advanced training tools. Drill work—drawn from professional systems used by the Toronto Blue Jays and Philadelphia Phillies—will be individually tailored to address each hitter’s specific offensive needs. The primary focus is on improving early connection, leading to more consistent ball flight through the heart of the field.
Monday/Wednesday (6:00-7:00 PM)
October 19 – December 16 (NO CLASS November 23 & 25)
Ages: 14-18
By working with STiKS’ lead hitting coach Ryan Hollander and six-year MiLB utility player Trevor Schwecke, hitters will improve bat speed through science-backed, data-driven training. This class is designed to enhance both bat speed and launch quickness (time to impact). By optimizing these elements, hitters can generate more power while also gaining additional time for pitch recognition and decision-making.

Take your infield play to the next level this offseason through 8 weeks of Advanced fielding drills with former Phillies Minor Leaguer, Brendon Hayden. With a heavy focus on footwork and glovework, we will build a strong foundation of skills to build toward being a high level infielder. This class is for MORE than just ground ball reps. This class will take you through high level drills that are done in Division 1 baseball programs and Minor League baseball. We hope you will join us in taking your infield game to the next level this offseason!

Calling all first basemen looking to take their defensive game to the next level. First base is one of the most important positions on the field yet often under trained and practiced. This eight week Gold Glove First Base class is if designed to improve the athletes footwork, positioning, and glove work around the base. Class instruction will be run by former Phililies Minor League first baseman Brendon Hayden & Rudy Rott who will take each player through the ins and outs of the position defensively. During the hour long training session athletes will have learn the proper footwork to approaching the base, position on field, receiving setup, and pick work. Ages: 14U+
This advanced class is designed to help high school catchers master the modern style of catching and refine their overall game. Players will focus on:
- Fine-tuning receiving movements
- Cleaning up footwork for throwing to bases
- Learning how to effectively utilize the body from both one-knee and two-feet stances to receive, block, and throw
- Using video analysis and playback to track progress in real time
This program emphasizes both the technical and strategic aspects of catching, preparing athletes to perform at a higher level of competition.
